What it costs
All rates below are inclusive of 18% GST. Early bird closes 31 December 2026. Rates step up twice after that, and every category ends up ₹1,000 dearer at the desk than it is before the end of December. The rate you pay is the one in force on the day you pay, and the form above shows it.

Amounts in Indian rupees, as printed in the conference brochure. All rates above are inclusive of 18% GST. A convenience fee applies on online payment, to cover the payment gateway charge; it is shown as its own line, in rupees, before you pay.

Delegate room rates and stay packages are being finalised with Joy Events, the official event partner, and will be listed here alongside the tariff. Packages run from two days and one night up to seven days and six nights.
Registration guidelines
Before you register

Delegates are requested to provide a valid email ID and mobile number for registration confirmation and all official conference communication.

Participants are required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification at the registration desk.

Registration badges must be worn and displayed throughout the conference.

Registration is personal and non-transferable.
- 5
The Organising Committee reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, faculty, timings or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation and refund
If you cannot attend
The deadline is 15 February 2027. Requests received on or before that date are refunded at 50%; requests after it are not refunded.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation requests received on or before 15 February 2027 will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee. The remaining 50% is non-refundable.
- 3
No refund will be applicable for cancellation requests received after 15 February 2027.
- 4
No refund will be provided for non-attendance, late arrival or early departure from the conference.
Force majeure
If the conference cannot go ahead

In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organising Committee, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances or other unforeseen circumstances, ABSI-MIDCON Chandigarh 2027 may be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

In case of rescheduling, registrations will remain valid for the revised conference dates.

In case of cancellation, the Organising Committee will determine the applicable refund, if any, after deduction of non-recoverable expenses and committed costs.
- 4
The Organising Committee shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by delegates, including travel, accommodation or other incidental costs.
