The Scientific Committee has not yet opened submissions. The portal, the word limit, and the closing date will be published here. Nothing is lost by waiting: no abstract sent before the portal opens can be processed.
What the committee expects
Submission rules
- 1
The presenting author must be a registered delegate. An abstract is only scheduled once that registration is complete.
- 2
Abstracts are submitted in English, structured as background, methods, results, and conclusion.
- 3
Work that has already been published or presented at another national meeting is not eligible for the award sessions.
- 4
The presenting author's name, degree, and institution must appear exactly as they should be printed in the programme.
- 5
The Scientific Committee's decision on acceptance and on the format allotted, free paper or poster, is final.
